Took delivery of Hot Tub last week and we are 100% happy. The product is sturdy and beautifully finished. Lit the first fire and 2 hours later it was up to temp and so inviting ! Our communication with John was perfect. John suggested 4 to 6 weeks lead time the tub was installed within 4 weeks of ordering. John kept contact during the 4 weeks and gave great advice on positioning and installation. We would not hesitate in recommending Luxury Hot Tubs Ltd if you are considering one of the products offered by this company.
We have just purchased an outdoor barrel sauna - delivered yesterday. I cannot be complimentary enough with the service and the efforts that were made to deliver our requirements. We bought a Hot Tub from John 6 months ago.....and all I can say is if your thinking about a hot tub don't look any further than Luxury Hot Tubs. I held off on reviewing untill now so that I could give a balanced review and there is no doubt this is a quality product. After 6 months we are still using it whenever we get a chance. I would hignly recommend getting the dual heat option of Wood & Electricity for the convenience it gives. We thought as the summer wore on and we moved to Autumn our use would decrease but infact theres nothing better than being outside in the hot tub on a cold starry night. Another bonus is Johns communication, professionalism and friendlieness....a delight to work with. So only one downside...whenever we find ourselves in a hotel jacuzzi/spa we always say..nah not as good as our own😁

So happy with our new sauna. It's a high quality product and a lovely addition to our garden! The wood burning stove is very powerful. The whole buying experience with John was smooth and efficient and the installation took only one day. Highly recommend you check out their hot tubs and saunas.
